Announcement by the City of Chemnitz on the dedication of a new road parcel (partial area) in accordance with Section 6 of the Road Act for the Free State of Saxony (SächsStrG)

1. road description
New road parcel T.v. 721, Glösa district as part of the "Erlenweg" road - inventory sheet no. 260
Dedication restriction: none
Owner of the future partial area: City of Chemnitz
Location description: Junction area at Corinthstraße (parcel 722, Glösa)
2. disposal
The partial parcel described in more detail under 1. is dedicated as a local road in accordance with Sections 3 and 6 of the Road Act for the Free State of Saxony (SächsStrG) of 21 January 1993, last amended by Art. 1 of the Act of 20 August 2019 (SächsGVBl. p. 762) and becomes effective on the date of publication.
The dedication is based on the determination as a road parcel and the decision of the Committee for Urban Development and Mobility on 2 October 2025 with resolution no. B-196/2025
3. inspection
The decision can be inspected by prior appointment by telephone on 488-7741 at the Chemnitz City Administration, Technical City Hall, Friedensplatz 1 (Traffic and Civil Engineering Office). The publication can also be viewed on the City of Chemnitz website at www.chemnitz.de/bekanntmachungen as text and with a map.
4 Your rights (information on legal remedies)
An objection to this general ruling may be lodged within one month of its publication. The objection must be submitted in writing, in electronic form in accordance with Section 3a (2) of the Administrative Procedure Act, in written form in accordance with Section 3a (3) of the Administrative Procedure Act and Section 9a (5) of the Online Access Act or for recording at the City of Chemnitz, Markt 1, 09111 Chemnitz or at any other office or citizen service centre of the City of Chemnitz.
If the objection is lodged in writing in accordance with Section 3a (3) of the Administrative Procedure Act, the following options are available:
1. using the online application "Submit an objection" available on the website of Office 24(www.amt24.sachsen.de) and identification via eID
2. in the case of legal representation, by filing via the special public authority mailbox (beBPo) "Stadt Chemnitz".
The general ruling will be published in accordance with Section 41 (3) and (4) VwVfG and is deemed to have been published on the following day.
