Welcome to the Welcome Centre of the City of Chemnitz!
The Welcome Centre is a central point of contact for skilled workers, returnees, graduates and newcomers from Germany and abroad who want to live and work in Chemnitz.
The arrival and settling in in Chemnitz should be made as easy and pleasant as possible. To this end, the Welcome Centre will help you with many matters, such as finding accommodation and a job, dealing with the authorities, searching for language courses and providing information on local childcare and leisure activities.
The Welcome Centre also assists regional employers with questions regarding the integration of international skilled workers.

With immediate effect, the Welcome Centre is once again offering advice in Ukrainian, Russian and English on Thursdays.
Consultations in German and English are always possible during regular opening hours and by prior appointment.
