Care counselling
A foreseeable or emerging care situation is a major challenge for those affected and their relatives. The NetzwerkPflege_C offers care counselling by expert care counsellors from the care insurance companies and social workers from the city of Chemnitz.

Networking
The NetzwerkPflege_C(hemnitz) was founded on 1 July 2009 as part of the "Networked Care Advice" pilot project as a Saxon alternative to the care support centres. Since then, the network has been joined by stakeholders from the care insurance funds, the social welfare office, other authorities and public, independent and private organisations.
