Invitation to the association talks with the Lord Mayor
In recent years, the club talks with the city's clubs have become a good tradition. This year, the Lord Mayor is therefore once again inviting all of the city's associations to discuss their work and activities in the city. The main focus will be on what motivates the clubs, what is going well and what can be improved. Of course, there will also be room for networking with other associations again.
The association talks with the Lord Mayor will take place in September this year, each at 5 pm (admission from 4 pm) in the Luxor Chemnitz, Middle Hall (Hartmannstraße 11, 09113 Chemnitz). The following dates are available:

| Allotment garden associations: | Thursday, 17. September 2026 |

| Sports clubs: | Wednesday, 30 September 2026 |
Assistance
Associations are welcome to participate with several representatives, who can register individually.
Format
The events will be based on the already familiar fishbowl format, in which associations have the opportunity to actively participate in the exchange with city representatives, ask questions and make suggestions. Afterwards, there will again be the opportunity to exchange ideas in small groups. Any topics you would like to discuss can be included with your registration.
