In various workshops and surveys with employees as well as analyses of the current situation, the City of Chemnitz worked with an external agency to develop its philosophy as an employer. The result is an employer brand under the claim "CHE-MN-ITZ needs your talent", which is intended to convince potential applicants to choose the City of Chemnitz as an employer.
