Playground on Gerhart-Hauptmann-Platz fully completed
The redesigned toddler play area on Gerhart-Hauptmann-Platz is now open for use. This means that the playground can now be fully utilised again. The play equipment was designed following a competition on the theme of "Theatre World - Children's Play Stage" and the playground was divided into two play areas (north and south).
moreSandweg/Rosenhag playground completed
The playground was handed over on 6 February 2026, just in time for the start of the winter holidays. Work on the partial refurbishment had begun in November 2025. Among other things, the old play equipment in the play area was dismantled and replaced with new equipment. A play tower with a slide and various climbing options will offer a variety of challenges and play opportunities for the children in the neighbourhood in future. The sandpit was also rebuilt.
