Accessibility of the offices of the City of Chemnitz
The offices of the City of Chemnitz can be contacted.
To avoid waiting times, we always recommend making an appointment.
If you are unable to attend an appointment, please cancel it by telephone or e-mail to allow further appointments for citizens.
Appointments without an appointment are again possible at the registration and vehicle registration office in the Bürgerhaus am Wall at the following times
Monday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday: 8 am to 12 noon
Longer waiting times must be expected.

The following citizen service centres are open for personal appointments:

Appointments can be made online or by dialling 115. We ask for your patience when making appointments via the authorities' telephone number, as this is currently very busy.
