Care counselling
A foreseeable or emerging care situation is a major challenge for those affected and their relatives. Timely and good counselling is perceived as important support so that the often desired care at home can be realised for those seeking advice.
The NetzwerkPflege_C offers care counselling by expert care counsellors from the care insurance funds and social workers from the city of Chemnitz.
Our range of services:
- Information on social and care services, care services, care facilities and age-appropriate forms of housing
- Referral to local services and service providers, e.g. care insurance funds, pension providers, authorities, advice centres, care service providers
- Help with applications for social and care benefits
- Information on general factual and legal issues
- Support in emergency situations with the organisation and coordination of assistance options
We advise you and your relatives:
free of charge and independent,
at home, by telephone or at the counselling centres listed
individual, situational and needs-orientated and
independent of any care insurance affiliation.
