Announcement by the City of Chemnitz on the dedication of new parts of land parcels as roadside areas in accordance with Section 6 of the Road Act for the Free State of Saxony (SächsStrG)

1. road description
Public road "Haardt" (municipal link road) - new parts of the peripheral plots 1067/2 and 1067/3, Röhrsdorf, inventory sheet no. 1564.
Dedication restriction: none
Owner of the future new parts of the parcel: City of Chemnitz
2. disposition
The parcel parts specified under 1. are dedicated in accordance with Sections 3 and 6 of the Road Act for the Free State of Saxony (SächsStrG) of 21 January 1993, last amended by Art. 1 of the Act of 20 August 2019 (SächsGVBl. p. 762) and become effective on the day of publication.
The dedication is based on the determination that these parts of the parcel are part of the public traffic area and on the resolution of the Committee for Urban Development and Mobility on 2 October 2025 with resolution no. B-199/2025.
3. inspection
The order can be inspected by prior appointment by telephone on 0371 488-7741 at Chemnitz City Council, Technical City Hall, Friedensplatz 1 (Traffic and Civil Engineering Office), Room A 249. In addition, the publication can be viewed on the website of the City of Chemnitz at www.chemnitz.de/bekanntmachungen as text and with a map.
4 Your rights (information on legal remedies)
An objection to this general ruling may be lodged within one month of its publication. The objection must be submitted in writing, in electronic form in accordance with Section 3a (2) of the Administrative Procedure Act, in written form in accordance with Section 3a (3) of the Administrative Procedure Act and Section 9a (5) of the Online Access Act or for recording at the City of Chemnitz, Markt 1, 09111 Chemnitz or at any other office or citizen service centre of the City of Chemnitz.
If the objection is lodged in writing in accordance with Section 3a (3) of the Administrative Procedure Act, the following options are available:
1. using the online application "Submit an objection" available on the website of Office 24(www.amt24.sachsen.de) and identification via eID
2. in the case of legal representation, by filing via the special public authority mailbox (beBPo) "Stadt Chemnitz".
The general ruling is published in accordance with Section 41 (3) and (4) VwVfG and is deemed to have been published on the following day.
