The Social Welfare Office of the City of Chemnitz supports people seeking help in finding accommodation under certain conditions.
The following are supported:
- Housing seekers with a low income
- Recipients of SGB II and XII benefits
- People with disabilities
- senior citizens
- Families with many children
- Homeless people who cannot find accommodation themselves
How is support provided?
- Support with finding accommodation
- Contacting landlords
- Arranging support services
- Advice on inadequate housing conditions
- Organising offers for disabled people, senior citizens and large families
