Citizens' Registration Office draws attention to the possibility of objecting to data transfer

Citizens of Chemnitz who do not want the Citizens' Office of the City of Chemnitz to pass on personal data to organisations, parties or religious communities can object to this. The Citizens' Office of the City of Chemnitz would like to point this out. The data will not be transferred if the person concerned objects to this. Objections already submitted in previous years remain valid and do not have to be repeated.

The application to object to the transfer of data is available at the Chemnitz registration office, at the city's citizen service centres and at www.chemnitz.de/widerspruch-datenweitergabe. Objections can be sent by post to Stadt Chemnitz, Bürgeramt, Meldebehörde, 09106 Chemnitz (headquarters: Düsseldorfer Platz 1) or submitted to any citizen service centre of the City of Chemnitz.
