Special vaccination campaigns against flu and corona

Joint vaccination centre of the city and clinic open on Wednesdays from 1 October

From Wednesday, 1 October, the joint vaccination centre of the City of Chemnitz and Klinikum Chemnitz gGmbH will once again focus on vaccinations against influenza and coronavirus for three months. The vaccination centre is located in House 11 (Bürgerstraße 2) on the grounds of Chemnitz Hospital and is open every Wednesday from 2 pm to 6 pm, except on public holidays.

Registrations for vaccination appointments are now possible at www.chemnitz.de/impfen. Please note that an appointment must be made for each vaccination. The appointments will be released gradually. Other immunisations are not scheduled during these months.

Anyone who comes for immunisation on Wednesdays without an appointment must expect to wait. Vaccinations will then be given according to available capacity. The best chance of being vaccinated without an appointment is between 3 and 5 pm.
