In exceptionally fine weather periods, the pool may stay open longer in the evening in the early and late season. This decision is made by the pool staff, depending on the weather conditions and operational readiness.

In the early and late season, restrictions on the operation of individual attractions are possible until 13:00.

Free admission

for

  • Children up to the age of 3, with the exception of baby courses and other programmes specially designed for this age group
  • One accompanying person for severely disabled persons with mark B or in accordance with §§ 228 and 229 SGB IX.
    The accompanying person must have reached the age of 9 and be in a position to take over the supervision due to their personal suitability and to be able to guarantee it in accordance with the local conditions.

Valid ID cards/entitlement authorisations must be shown at the cash desk without being asked, staff are obliged to check them. School ID cards are recognised until 30 September of the following school year.

 

Notes:

Family ticket

The "large family ticket" is valid for a maximum of 2 full-paying adults with up to three children who have not yet reached the age of 16. Each additional child and children over the age of 16 pay the reduced admission price for the respective pool on presentation of a school or student ID.

The "small family ticket" is valid for a maximum of 1 full-paying adult with up to three children who have not yet reached the age of 16. Each additional child and children over the age of 16 pay the reduced admission price for the respective pool on presentation of their school or student ID.

After-work ticket

The after-work ticket is valid from 2 hours before the official closing time of the outdoor pools.
