Joint sign of sympathy

Equal opportunities officer organises commemorative event on 3 June

Franziska Herold, Equal Opportunities Officer for the City of Chemnitz, is calling for a memorial event on Neumarkt on Wednesday, 3 June at 4 pm. As a sign of sympathy and solidarity, the woman who was killed by a close relative in Chemnitz last Sunday will be remembered.

Franziska Herold: "Come along and light a candle with us. Together we will remember the victim and emphasise that violence against women must not remain invisible."
