Open Health Office Day

The Office for Health and Prevention introduces itself

On 21 March 2026, the city's Department of Health and Prevention invites all citizens to take a look behind the scenes at the "Open Health Department Day" and find out more about the wide range of tasks and services offered by the department.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., interested parties can find out more about topics such as infection prevention, health promotion and various counselling and support services. Visitors can look forward to a varied programme from the various departments.

  • Ticks - where to find them and how to get rid of them
  • Lice - keeping an eye on the little pests
  • Scabies - recognise, prevent and treat

A highlight this year is the children's rally: together with their parents, the little explorers can get active at a variety of stations, learn interesting facts about health in a fun way and look forward to a small surprise at the end.
