My life has taken place in relatively turbulent times. The Nazi era, which I experienced as a child. The time shortly after the war as a teenager and then the GDR period and now the Federal Republic as an old man.

In my opinion, no one is too young or too old to take a stand. I just think it's necessary because we experience it consciously and because future generations should know what life meant to our ancestors.
