In the front area (towards Kleinolbersdorfer Straße) there is a protective strip area of approx. 15 m² of the wastewater sewer of the waste disposal company of the city of Chemnitz (ESC) running in Kleinolbersdorfer Straße, which is to be secured in rem.

There is a drinking water meter shaft and a drinking water network connection of the ESC on the property, which must be renewed.

Natural gas can be connected from Kleinolbersdorfer Straße and electricity from the overhead line network.

The outer building boundary is generally 5 metres behind the parcel boundary to the public traffic area. The inner building boundary is generally 20 metres behind the outer building boundary (= 20 m building window depth) The building window has a distance of 3 metres to the parcel boundary. Under building regulations, an easement in favour of the respective owner of plot 691/1 and a limited personal easement in favour of the City of Chemnitz (building authority) was secured in rem for the omission and toleration of development.
