All parties concerned will be notified of the amendment to the land register data by way of public notice. The authorisation to publish the notice in this manner is derived from Section 14(6) of the Saxon Land Register Act (SächsVermKatG).
Pursuant to Section 2 of the Saxon Land Registry Act (SächsVermKatG), the independent city of Chemnitz is responsible for maintaining the land registry data for its territory. The amendments to the land registry data are based on the provisions of Section 14 of the Saxon Land Registry Act (SächsVermKatG).
The documents will be available
from 17 September to 15 October 2026
in Room A402 of the
Building Regulations and Surveying Office
Friedensplatz 1, 09111 Chemnitz
exclusively by appointment made by telephone, email or post
for inspection.
Appointments can be made by calling 0371488-6215 /488-6219 or by emailing buva(at)stadt-chemnitz.de.
All documents subject to public inspection are also available at www.chemnitz.de/bekanntmachungen during the period mentioned above.
Changes to the data in the land register are deemed to have been notified 7 days after the expiry of the disclosure period. Where the administrative acts carried out also result in changes to the land register, these will be notified to the Chemnitz Land Registry via official channels.
