Chemnitz City Library is now offering a new service: With BorrowBox, more than 500 English-language e-books and e-magazines are conveniently available for borrowing. This further expands the digital media offering.
Whether you're on the go on your smartphone or relaxing at home - BorrowBox makes accessing English-language literature easier than ever before. The offer is aimed at a wide audience: from international users to lovers of original versions to anyone who wants to improve their English language skills.
The selection is diverse and covers numerous genres, including fantasy, romance, crime and classics. A separate Children's Library offers age-appropriate content for children and young people.
BorrowBox can be used free of charge by all members of Chemnitz City Library and can be accessed easily via mobile devices.
With the introduction of this new service, Chemnitz City Library is emphasising its goal of creating modern and low-threshold access to education, information and entertainment.
