Why do we have the procedure guide?
Children, adolescents and young adults with disabilities and their families face ever greater challenges in their everyday lives. When the Children and Young People Strengthening Act (KJSG) came into force, the procedure guide was introduced to show those affected the various options for integration assistance services and to guide them through the complex social benefits system.
The aim of the law is to bring together all services for children and young people with and without disabilities under the umbrella of child and youth welfare from 2028. Overall responsibility will be handled as part of the "Inclusive Youth Welfare Office" project.
