The undeveloped plot, measuring approximately 1,000 m², is situated in the Euba district on the southern edge of the ‘Obere Beutenberghäuser’ housing estate and lies directly on the public road ‘Am Beutenberg’. The area to the north and east consists predominantly of one- to two-storey residential buildings. To the south, the plot borders on agricultural land.
Planning permission:
Although the plot is situated within an internal development zone in accordance with Section 34(1) of the German Building Code (BauGB), it cannot be built on due to the woodland to the west of the road ‘Weißer Weg’ and the required forest setback distance.

- Lease rent €400.00 per year plus a flat-rate operating costs allowance of €460.00 per year
