Flea markets 2026
The city of Chemnitz is organising 2026 flea markets at the market and Rosenhof.
Selling times:
24.05., 20.09.2026, each Sun 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. on the market square
19.07., 16.08.2026, each Sun 8 am - 3 pm at the Rosenhof
Allocation of the stands:
from 7 am
Participants
- Suppliers of used goods
- Snack and beverage outlets
including:- Coffee, cake
- Trolleys with outdoor seating
- Grill snack bar
Excluded from the offer are remaining stock from clearance and clearance sales, bankruptcy goods, remaining copies of book editions. The sale of weapons within the meaning of the applicable weapons legislation, pornographic works, products from the period of National Socialism and/or products that glorify it is also not permitted.
The sale of motor vehicles, large household appliances, furniture (large items of furniture) and the operation of high-riding shops is not permitted.
Applications
Interested parties have the opportunity to take part in the flea markets without pre-registration. The stands are allocated on site for a fee.
Authorisations
- Authorisation may be granted for one or more days at the company's discretion.
- The City of Chemnitz will take market-specific requirements into account when granting authorisation.
- The event, the admission of participants and the relevant cost decisions are governed by the
- Chemnitz Market Statutes and
- Statutes of the City of Chemnitz on the levying of fees for the use of market areas of the City of Chemnitz
in the version valid at the time of the event (in this respect, it is strongly recommended to consult the website of the City of Chemnitz in good time and repeatedly if necessary).
