The City of Chemnitz is organising a plant and flower market on the market in 2025.

01.05.25, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Participants

Suppliers with the following products are authorised:

  • Cut flowers, potted plants, dried flower arrangements
  • flower arrangers
  • Seeds and plants
  • Clay and ceramics such as vases, planters, garden ceramics
  • Garden tools
  • Garden furniture
  • Garden accessories
  • Garden literature
  • Wickerwork
  • Snacks and drinks
  • Ice cream
  • Baked goods
  • Additional offers that are particularly in keeping with the character of the market

 

Applications

Interested parties should send their application for admission to the Chemnitz Plant and Flower Market, completed using the form linked below, to the City of Chemnitz, Ordnungsamt - Abt. Polizeirecht, Ordnungsrecht, Märkte, 09106 Chemnitz by the last working day in February 2025.

Only fully completed and signed applications will be considered.

Authorisations

  1. Authorisation for the day of the event is granted at the discretion of the City of Chemnitz.
  2. The City of Chemnitz takes market-specific requirements into account when granting authorisation.
  3. The event, the admission of participants and the relevant cost decisions are governed by the
    - Chemnitz Market Statutes and
    - the statutes of the City of Chemnitz on the levying of fees for the use of market areas of the City of Chemnitz in the version valid at the time of the event (in this respect, it is strongly recommended to consult the homepage of the City of Chemnitz in good time and repeatedly if necessary).

The market will not take place if the number of eligible and suitable applicants is too low (at least 8) (outside of the snack and drinks, ice cream and baked goods product ranges).
