Outpatient care services support people in need of care and their relatives with care at home. They provide help in everyday life and make it easier for family carers to organise work and care.

The range of home care services, also known as outpatient care services, covers various areas.

These are primarily

  • Basic care activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, mobilisation and positioning;
  • Home nursing care in accordance with § 37 SGB V as a service provided by statutory health insurance, such as administering medication, changing dressings and injections;
  • Counselling for those in need of care and their relatives on care issues,
  • Assistance in arranging support services such as meal delivery or organising transport services and patient transport, and
  • domestic care, such as shopping, cooking and cleaning the home.

In addition, outpatient care services can offer so-called additional care and respite services. These include special offers of general guidance and care as well as domestic care.

Special care

When one day it is simply no longer possible to live without outside help, older people and their families are usually faced with difficult decisions. For many, moving into a care home is out of the question.
An alternative can then be qualified round-the-clock care at home.

The provider places caring carers from Eastern Europe with people in need of care and their relatives. The carers placed are qualified to high standards. Depending on your wishes and needs, the provider can arrange care up to and including a TÜV-certified care service with additional qualifications and fluency in German.
