Residential development area concept 2030

Many Chemnitz residents and future residents of the city would like to live in a detached or semi-detached house. The aim is therefore to provide sufficient space for housing in the Chemnitz city area and to strengthen Chemnitz's attractiveness as a residential city.

The residential development concept includes around 200 sites for the construction of detached and semi-detached houses and thus offers a wide range of options for individual housing requirements throughout the city.
