Providing a basis for young companies - this has been the mission of the municipal Technologie Centrum Chemnitz GmbH (TCC for short) since 1990: In the inspiring environment full of like-minded company founders, start-up projects flourish and companies grow into successful market players. The TCC's portfolio has steadily expanded in recent years:
With the TCC - Annaberger Straße location, which combines flexible office space with workshop, laboratory, storage and production rooms, the "Start Up" start-up centre in the immediate vicinity of the Chemnitz University of Technology campus and the start-up centre in the creative Underzentrum in the creative surroundings of Brühl, young companies of all kinds can now find their launch pad in the premises of TCC GmbH - and at the same time enjoy the advantages of all locations. These include not only rental agreements tailored to the respective development phase, but also start-up-specific advice from TCC employees, networking with experienced mentors and experts, the shared use of consulting and seminar rooms as well as potential customers, project partners or suppliers in the immediate vicinity.
