General administrative offences are unlawful, reproachable acts that violate a law (federal, state law or statute) that permits punishment with a fine.
Matters relating to public safety and order in the City of Chemnitz are regulated by police regulations, among other things.
The range of fines is determined by the respective specialised law or the Administrative Offences Act.
