The Chemnitz Municipal Music School offers high-quality training in instrumental lessons, singing and dance - whether beginner or advanced, young or old. The music teachers currently teach around 2000 children, young people and adults in an extensive range of courses: from playing in early musical education, basic training and preparation for admission to music colleges to senior courses with chamber music.
Choirs, orchestras, bands, ensembles and much more offer the opportunity to play together and experience the joy of music together. Interested students of all ages and training levels perform in numerous inspiring monthly auditions or concerts.
