Parentage / Maintenance
Single parents, young adults up to the age of 21 and parents who do not live with the other parent can obtain advice and support on recognising paternity, clarifying paternity, making a declaration of joint custody and asserting maintenance claims.

Children and young people need a guardian if they have lost their biological parents or their parents are no longer able to exercise parental care. The responsible employees in the official guardianship/administrative guardianship department are available for cases in which no suitable relatives, committed persons or associations can fulfil this task.
