With a good network of stakeholders in the city centre, we initiate projects, cooperate on events and support retailers, restaurants and shopping centres. We support you in your search for retail and catering space and mediate between private owners and commercial marketers.
As location coordinators for the ChemnitzCity initiative, we act as a direct interface with the administration. Behind the ChemnitzCity initiative is a network of property owners, hoteliers, retailers and restaurateurs as well as Chemnitz companies and service providers. They bundle activities, coordinate projects and provide joint funding for measures to revitalise the city centre such as infrastructure, vacancy management and events.
