At its meeting on 13 February 2025, the Committee for Urban Development and Mobility approved the draft of the simple development plan no. 23/03 "Annaberger Straße/Heinrich-Lorenz-Straße" together with the explanatory statement and designated it for publication on the Internet.
The simple development plan will be drawn up using the simplified procedure in accordance with Section 13 BauGB.
In accordance with Section 13 (3) BauGB, the environmental review pursuant to Section 2 (4) BauGB, the environmental report pursuant to Section 2a BauGB, the information pursuant to Section 3 (2) sentence 4 BauGB on the types of environmental information available and the summarised declaration pursuant to Section 6a (1) and Section 10a (1) BauGB are waived.
The draft plan and explanatory statement will be published in accordance with Section 3 (2) BauGB
from 7 May 2025 to 11 June 2025
on the Internet at www.chemnitz.de/oeffentliche_auslegungen and on the Saxony state portal at www.bauleitplanung.sachsen.de.
In addition, the planning documents will be on public display in the New Technical Town Hall, Friedensplatz 1, in public display room A014, to the left of the main entrance, during the times stated below:

No environmental comments have been received.
The public can submit comments on the simple development plan during this public display period. Comments should be submitted electronically to stadtplanungsamt-beteiligung(at)stadt-chemnitz.de. If required, comments can also be submitted in writing to the Urban Planning and Property Office or verbally for recording in room B512. Comments that have not been submitted in good time may be disregarded in the resolution on the development plan if the municipality did not know and should not have known their content and their content is not relevant to the legality of the development plan.
