Third Ordinance amending the Coronavirus Vaccination Ordinance and the Coronavirus Testing Ordinance
On 4 December 2024, the Third Ordinance amending the Coronavirus Vaccination Ordinance and the Coronavirus Testing Ordinance was promulgated in Federal Law Gazette I. The ordinance has been in force since 5 December 2024.
The central point of this ordinance is the extension of the retention and storage obligations of test centre operators for order and service documentation under the Coronavirus Testing Ordinance. This applies from the entry into force of the ordinance until the end of 31 December 2028.
Corona tests
Since 1 March 2023, all coronavirus test centres in the city of Chemnitz have been closed.
Corona vaccination
Vaccinations are carried out by general practitioners and at the municipal vaccination centre at Chemnitz Hospital. >>more

Cancellation of the isolation requirement
Since 3 February 2023, the segregation obligation for persons who have tested positive and suspected persons in the city of Chemnitz has been lifted.
